Committee on Membership Growth and Education

  This committee’s main responsibility is increase membership,set goals,and submit its new member recommendations to the board of directors. Their responsibilities also orientation and induction, background screening, mentoring, and integration into club activities  for new members.  Randy Leifeste, Chair, members; Gary Nelson, Ram Solis, Chester Banks, Frederick Case, Steve Furney, Dave Chandler

Recruitment 

This committee is responsible for establishing an effective new member recruitment program and setting annual goals for member growth including Background Screening - Randy Leifeste - Chair, Members: Gary Nelson, Beverly  Crumley, John Polk, Rob Martin

Orientation 

- Responsible for establishing an effective orientation plan for new members to include Kiwanis Internationals history, programs, community roles and goals as well as similar familarization with Texas - Oklahoma Kiwanis District, Division 38, and San Marcos Club. Each new member also receives familiarization with our clubs annual service project projects and sub committees and is assigned to their areas of interest and commitments.- Randy Liefeste ,Chair  Members; Steve Furney, Frederick Case , Peggy Brunner, Chester Banks
