Friends of Scouting Luncheon
 
     The Friends of Scouting Luncheon was very well attending by many, many dignitaries from San Marcos, and the program went off very smooth under the master of ceremonies, Jimmy Scott from the San Marcos Academy.  The honoree was Bill Pennington, and he richly deserved it considering how active he is in many, many ways in supporting our city.
     Those from our Kiwanis Club who attended were Charles Johnson, who arranged for our table, Gary Strunk, Gary Nelson, Del & Marie Brown, Ted & Francis Breihan, Tracy Herman and Randy & Pam Cook.
