Kiwanis Club 
K-Kid's Induction Ceremony Last Friday afternoon, 8 Kiwanians met over at DeZavala Elementary School to once again welcome over 40 children into the K-Kids Kiwanis program. Brittany Antonelli is the school's sponsor for the existing K-Kids club. Over 40 children were inducted into the club and Doug Balkman, president of our local Kiwanis Club is presenting the K-Kid's annual support check for $500.00 to be used in the children's programs. The School Principal, Elena SanchezVillanueva is receiving the check with tons of gratitude.
Club members that attended the Induction Ceremony were Randy Cook, Pam Cook, Doug Balkman, Gary Strunk, Charles Johnson, Frederick Case, Cynthia Bentley and Del Brown.
