     Our Fellow Kiwanian, Frederick Case informed his club last Thursday that Kiwanis International has appointed him to be the District Chairman for the FORMULA project for the Texas/Oklahoma District.  His responsibility will be to work with 38 Club Builders and 38 Club Counso​lors in the entire District.  Congratulations Frederick.  You are successful in everything you do./
